On 3rd October 2017, Women in Rail Malaysia organised its 1st Leadership Talk. Hosted by KPMG Malaysia, we were honoured to meet with and hear from Mr James Stewart, KPMG’s Chairman of Global Infrastructure.
James flew in to KL and straight from the airport, he came to give a Leadership Talk to a group of young women in the Malaysian rail space. This evening talk after work, from 6.30 – 8.00 pm allowed for increased participation and we were delighted to learn about James’ involvement in the Crossrail project in London, the California HSR project and his views on Hyperloop. He also provided perspective, motivated and inspired everyone and gave all the women in the room reason to believe that they need to think strategically to develop their professional self.
