Women in Rail Malaysia is an independent not-for-profit organisation, established to promote equality and diversity in the Malaysian rail industry.

Via its various initiatives, Women in Rail Malaysia provides networking opportunities to its members and it also promotes existing or creates new opportunities for women to gain access to rail industry’s relevant education and employment.

Membership is open to:

  • Anyone working in the rail industry or is professionally connected / affiliated with the rail industry.
  • Any individual who is considering a career change and pursuing a future career in the rail space.
  • Any students (at college or university) considering a future career in the rail industry.

We are an online platform for everyone in rail, all over the world, to come together and network, to learn from one another and to better understand international best practices from rail experts and industry professionals in an online, interconnected way taht has never been done before.
